BABY DOC DICTATOR WAS A MEMBER OF AMORC

 

 

François Duvalier better known as Papa Doc was a ruthless dictator of Haiti and a mass murderer as an estimated 30'000 people died under his regime.

 

After he passed away in 1971, his son Jean-Claude Duvalier, better known as Baby Doc, took control of Haiti with the same severity as his father, until 1986 when he was overthrown.

 

Well, it turns out that Baby Doc was a member of AMORC and the following photo proves it, where he appears inside a vehicle together with his wife Michèle Bennett, and we can be seen that on his left ring finger he wears the triangular ring that AMORC sold in those days to its members.

Researcher Marcel Roggemans noted that:

 

« It is said that this photo appeared for the first time in the Spanish magazine El Tiempo (The Time) and there it was indicated that this ring had been personally given to Baby Doc by Raymond Bernard who was Grand Master of AMORC until 1977. »

And this is one more example of the unethical of AMORC which did not mind integrating bloodthirsty dictators into its ranks.

 

 

Since as Amnesty International pointed out:

 

« A weapon in Duvalier's arsenal were the National Security Volunteers, known as tonton macoutes. This militia assumed many of the tasks of the army and the police and was responsible for acts of extreme brutality, killing, torturing, arbitrarily imprisoning and subjecting people to forced disappearance with total impunity. It is estimated that in the mid-1980s there were 9’000 active members of this militia and for 15 years Jean-Claude Duvalier ruled Haiti with complete disregard for the rights of the Haitian people. »
